This coco is really tasty and has a wonderful protien content. **** The trick is to mix it in COLD water first and then microwave it or a minute or minute and a half. If you mix it in hot water as the package instructions state, it gets clumpy and weird. Taste just like regular coco if you prepare it right.

I highly recommend this product. It is very tasty. It does not have the diet taste. The only problem that I had is that sometimes it gets clumpy. So I just add a little bit of water then shook it in a container then added hot water and it was fine.
