Thank you for your question. Yes, this will hold a Samsung tab S8 Ultra. Thank you for checking! **Q: will this hold a Nintendo Switch?** A: Hello! Thank you for your inquiry! The height of the switch will be 4" so that's will be too short, unfortunately, as it needs to at least be 7.5" tall to work with the MOUNT-UVM02. VIVO Customer Support **Q: Will this hold my 13” macbook pro if i place it horizontal and flat?** A: This Adapter extends out to just over 10", so a horizontal fitment, with it closed should work no problem assuming you intend to place it with the long ends on the holder arms. It won't work with the device fully open in working format as the arms are tilted inward to better hold a tablet or 2 in 1. You could use it as a type of docking station to hold your laptop so it's not taking room on your desk. I place my Surface pro in it landscape and it works perfectly. **Q: will this work with an echo 15.6 "** A: Hello! Thank you for your inquiry on the MOUNT-UVM02! Unfortunately, this will not work as the mount will not be able to grip this properly. Please let us know if we can assist you further. Thank you! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for Portable Monitor *by T***Y on June 8, 2026* Just what I needed for my portable extra screen. The screen didn't have a mount so this worked perfectly with the Vivo arm to mount the screen on the wall for my couch desk. The mount was easy to install and the screen doesn't move around. The clamp holds well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it!!! *by K***C on September 23, 2026* The monitor I have does not have the connection on the back to have it placed on a monitor stand. This piece allowed me to place it on the stand and have it removed off my desk. Best purchase!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ VESA mount for portable monitors *by U***T on July 3, 2022* As far as I know, this is the only readily available VESA mount for portable monitors. In my search across retail websites I couldn't find another at the time I purchased this. I have several VIVO items in my home (TV mounts and stands) and while none are incredible quality they have always done thier jobs as expected. So far, this item is no different. This monitor mount is made mostly out of plastic (the arms and clamp mechanism are plastic). The only metal is a thin sheet that wraps around the back of the plactic clamp. This is where your adjustment screws and your VESA mount would marry with the clamp so adding metal there was a good decision on VIVO's part. The little feet that hold your monitor are padded so there isn't much worry about this clamp scratching the surface of your monitor bezels. The weight limit is 5.5lbs according to the manual that came with the mount. I am using this clamp with a Lepow portable monitor. The face of my monitor measures just shy of 9" tall. This VIVO clamp opens just enough to fit this monitor. If you have a monitor that measures 10" tall I don't think this would work for you. My monitor came with a built in stand....I had to remove the stand from the monitor before installing it in this mount in order to keep the monitor's ports accessible. I wanted to mention this in case anyone else had the same monitor. Basically this mount is like a bigger version of a clamping tablet holder. Tension from the clamp is what is holding your monitor in place. There are a couple of thumb screws that you can tighten down on the back of the mount to further secure your monitor in the mount. Be careful to not pull on the edges of your monitor when using this, though. I was attempting to adjust my screen to avoid some glare when I almost pulled the monitor out of the mount on accident. Pulling forward on the corners of your monitor will pop it out of this mount. When adjusting the angle of your screen, adjust it by moving your monitor arm directly instead. I have turned my monitor vertically and this mount held it just fine in that position, also. Overall, this is doing a good job of holding my portable monitor. I would recommend it. I just wish the whole unit was metal instead of mostly plastic. ## Frequently Bought Together - VIVO Universal VESA Mount Adapter for Tablets, 2-in-1 Laptops, & 15.6 inch Portable Monitors, Max VESA 100x100, Adjustable Laptop Holder, Black, MOUNT-UVM02 - MOUNTUP Single Monitor Stands, Freestanding VESA Monitor Desk Mount fits 13'' to 32'' Computer Screen with Height Adjustable, Swivel, Tilt, Rotation, VESA 75x75 100x100 MU0023 - AreMe 90 Degree USB-C Male to Female Adapter, 2 Pack Right Angle 100W Type-C Adapter Extender for Steam Deck, ROG Ally, Switch, Notebook Computers, Tablet and Mobile Phones (Metallic Purple) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/239578946-vivo-black-universal-vesa-mount-adapter-7-in-tablet-holder](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/239578946-vivo-black-universal-vesa-mount-adapter-7-in-tablet-holder) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
