What see is different than mine. I have a on/off switch and a USB port on the lamp stand. My remote controls all light functions. It's a great product with lots of versatility. Hope this helps your decision. **Q: If I got a second lamp, does one remote control both or does each remote control the respective one lamp?** A: Follow the directions to unpair the second lamp from its remote. Check to be sure the remote no longer controls the lamp. Use the first lamps remote to turn it off and then UNPLUG the first lamp. Take the first lamp’s remote and follow the directions to pair it with the second lamp. Turning the first lamp off just helps to get the two lamps in sync with remote for the on/off function. If they wind up not in sync. To sync, try to turn them both off, unplug the one that is off, use the remote to turn the other lamp off, plug the lamp back in. I believe that unplugging the first lamp before pairing with the second is necessary because otherwise that remote will be handshaking with its lamp when you try to pair it with the second lamp. **Q: Does remote use rf (radio freq) or ir (infrared) to connect to the lamp?** A: RF remote. You can be in a different room in the house with no direct sight, and it operates the same as being in the same room as the lamp. **Q: does this work with a wall switch? i.e., may i connect lamp to an outlet controlled by a wall switch and turn on/off lamp from the wall switch? thanks** A: Yes, you can turn on/off the floor lamp from the wall switch. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ very bright *by on Reviewed in the United States September 16, 2026* This light is much brighter than I expected! It easily lights up my entire room, so I only need to use this one light. I also really like that it has different light settings, so I can choose the brightness and color depending on the time or mood. Overall, it’s bright, versatile, and a great value for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceeds Expectations! *by on Reviewed in the United States December 8, 2020* Our bedroom has no overhead light. This lamp is a perfect solution. I'm not usually a fan of "modern" design but this is a very nice looking, unobtrusive and highly functional lamp. It is flexible in operation and placement. It is tall, just under 6'. I'm 6'3 and the light is just above my line of sight with it pointing straight up. The 3 color selections, infinite brightness adjustment, remote, and lamp controls are all just right . . . dare I say perfect. Assembly was easy and quick, but do take your time as there could be a risk of stripping the pole threads if you get too froggy. And yes, it is very bright but can be adjusted to a very low, mellow light. Time to set the lighting to a low, mood setting without getting up? The remote understands. ;) I am working on finding an excuse to buy another one or two because I like this one so much. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Modern LED Sky Lamp *by on Reviewed in the United States June 11, 2021* This LED lamp is a great light source that I have been using for a short while now. The option to change the color of the light and the brightness setting is great with the additional remote control feature to turn off and on. The remote settings are easy to use and make it comfortable with the additional magnets that can be used with a metal surface. The remote control may not seem like much but if this is going to be your first room light with a remote you are probably going to thoroughly enjoy it. Having it next to your bed or wherever you sit down within the room! ## Frequently Bought Together - OUTON Floor Lamp, 30W/3000LM LED Modern Torchiere Sky Lamp, Super Bright Dimmable Standing Tall Lamp with 4 Color Temperatures, Remote Touch Control, Timer for Living Room Bedroom Office, Silver Grey - SUNMORY Floor Lamps for Living Room, 32W/3000LM Super Bright LED Floor Lamp with Remote Control, 69" Tall Standing Lamp with Stepless Dimmable, Modern Torchiere Corner Lamp for Bedroom, Office --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/239405092-floor-lamp-30w-3000lm-led-modern-torchiere-sky-lamp-super](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/239405092-floor-lamp-30w-3000lm-led-modern-torchiere-sky-lamp-super) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
