A: I think one is 4B (really dark) and the other looks like 2B.   In the 2mm refills you get 6 of each lead, 2H, HB, 2B, 4B.

A: I just checked on Amazon for a single 0.9 Nicpro pencil. I couldn't find them sold in singles, only in sets. I did find a set of 3 for 15.99. That was the smallest set for the 0.9. I've seen them on Ebay also.
