I apply it using a brush, and it seems to look fairly flawless once done. If using a concealer with color to remove acne marks or dark circles, this will not be covering enough to cover the color. You will have to use a skin toned concealer in combination and/or finish with a lot of really good powder. I have adult acne, and this didn't increase my acne in any way.
