The handle, however is not good. It's a screw on handle and it cannot be tightened down enough (without stripping the threads) to keep it from coming loose while cooking. When picking up the pan during cooking the handle comes loose and the pan flops over--a dangerous scenerio. Considering the price of this pan it should have a better designed handle. I would give this griddle 6 stars if they had perhaps done the handle a bit differently. It is big, easy to grip, no fault there. Can't hang this bad boy which would be a nice feature. Also, would like to see perhaps a better way to secure the handle to the griddle. It's not bad. I would just do it differently. All in all, an awesome pan that is well worth the investment.
