I tore a ligament that runs from my wrist to my elbow about 18 months ago in my left hand. I did this hitting driver. I have used a much more expensive $30 glove with a built in brace and have gone through about 6 or 7 of them. I just tried this little device out on the course and it is great. This little brace does all that the expensive brace glove does, it does not wear out and it is not intrusive. I just bought 3 more of them to give to friends. I have seen comments about wearing the brace inside the glove, which the commentator said caused blisters. While that may be possible, the brace is designed to be worn externally to the glove. I am wearing this to prevent further injury, but it certainly does help get your hands into proper position to compress the ball. Review: Great product to help correct swing. - Fits great. However, I do believe that just concentrating on a swing that is inside out leaves much less of a chance of the left wrist breaking down.
