The first 2 I had did crack and break, but I'm now on the 3rd one and it have been using it for over a year with no issues. I did buy a spare one just in case. I love this thing. I can put in my pocket and go to the restroom in public where I used to have anxiety about it, to the point where I would not go anywhere. I did try another fold up device that only folds in half, but I find this one much more to my liking: it folds in thirds so it is smaller and narrower, and the angle it folds out seems to be better for me - the reach is more intuitive. You do have to kind of squeeze the end of the toilet paper into the notch but I have no problems with it slipping off most of the time. And taking the paper off afterwards is kinda gross but if you carefully unwrap the paper and rewrap it over your fingers where the soiled bit is on the inside, you still don't have to touch the soiled bit. Overall, the Pocket Easywipe is a lifesaver for me. I plan to buy another one to keep at work, and one as a spare. This works great, folds up smaller than the other fold up aids I've found, and fits better in a pocket or purse for discretion. I love the product, but it needs to be made of stainless steel, covered in silicone for softness and warmth. It cracks and breaks at or near the hinge on the part that you wipe with (the part you put the toilet paper). The first one I had broke near the notch where you tuck the paper in. I ordered 2 more and 1 worked good the 2nd one I got to use on a cruise and the first time I used it it just crumbled at the joint the other 2 haven’t had any trouble.
