I changed it from a 3 to a 5 star rating. Pros: * Nice and standout design * Weight is solid, but some may find it too heavy compared to regular lighters * Filling mechanism is super easy and mess-free (loosening tool is included) * Colour combination is subtle and pleasant * Solid construction Con(s), though no deal breaker: * The sides are smooth finish, which makes the lighter slippery, especially if handled with oily hands. * Wished they had added some texture to sides to prevent this issue. Observations: * It is also bigger/bulkier (see uploaded pics for comparison) * If you are left-handed, it may take some practicing to manage proper striking * The rotating front, while I thought it pointless at first, is rather entertaining while holding it. It prevents one from messing with the leveler, causing wear and tear. * The seller's pictures show there are three screws at the bottom of the lighter * But there are only two (as per seller, this is a new design); one for the flint and the other for the fuel, but: * Very IMPORTANT: the flint screw (which is the long spring) is positioned on top/inside of the built-in screw that holds the bottom part to the rest of the lighter. * DO NOT lose the tool to loosen the screws; it is unique in removing that SPECIAL "built-screw" when changing the wick. * As per my request, the seller uploaded a video on how to change the wick under "Q&A". Review: Gadgets - I love this lighter. It looks great on my desk with my pipes ## Features - 🔥ROTATING EJECTION IGNITION: This vintage lighter adopts a creative rotating ejection ignition method to make the firing more unique; the body of the turntable can be rotated, which is very suitable for lighting and play; the black appearance can also show your elegant taste. - 🔥HIGH-QUALITY:Vintage Lighter is spring-loaded so you get a very positive, consistent spark each time you flip it open; The wick cover protects the wick and helps to prevent fuel evaporation. - 🔥DURABLE:This Vintage Lighter can holds fuel for many days, and the bottom has a oil filler, which can open with a coin,it doesn’t leak. - 🔥SUITABLE:It's gift for boyfriend /father or other friend(family),and also you can send for yourself;Festival gift, valentine. - 🔥NOTE:LIGHTER FUEL NOT INCLUDED, all lighters are empty, so please fill fuel before the actual lighting. It is recommended to regularly take care of the Vintage Lighter to extend its life and use times. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08L8MXSRM | | Best Sellers Rank | #196,674 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #945 in Lighters | | Brand | YANCONG | | Brand Name | YANCONG | | Color | A-black | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 398 Reviews | | Fuel Type | Kerosene | | Item Dimensions L x W x Thickness | 2.4"L x 2"W x 0.5"Th | | Item Weight | 2.4 ounces | | Manufacturer | YANCONG | | Manufacturer Part Number | ligher1 | | Material | Zinc | | Material Type | Zinc | | Model Number | ligher | | Number of Items | 20 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Style | Antique,Vintage | | Style Name | Antique,Vintage | | UPC | 788422849994 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** YANCONG - **Color:** A-black - **Fuel Type:** Kerosene - **Item Weight:** 2.4 ounces - **Material:** Zinc - **Number of Items:** 20 - **Product Dimensions:** 2.4"L x 2"W x 0.5"Th - **Style:** Antique,Vintage - **UPC:** 788422849994 - **Unit Count:** 1 Count ## Images ![Vintage Antique Lighter, Reusable Windproof Trench Lighter, Cool Lighters, Unique Birthday Gifts for Men Dad Husband (A-Black) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61--TD0O1YL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: The lighter sparks but doesn’t actually ignite, I’ve managed to light it once or twice but now it doesn’t work how do I fix this?** A: Something similar happenend to me with a different lighter. All I did was take the flint out and back in. You may have soaked it with lighter fluid the first time aroud. I would also try a NEW flint in the event the above doesn't work. **Q: What is the purpose for creative spin on the lighter** A: I'm quite sure, but it is entertaining while holding the lighter. Perhaps is to accommodate for those use fidgets. I am quite please with it. It is heavy for a lighter. **Q: 1.what lighter fluit it takes and does it takes lighter fluids** A: Requires filling in standard lighter kerosene **Q: What are the symbols on the rotary dial please? Thank you** A: I don’t know the symbols, but I do know mine didn’t work at all. It broke immediately. Yours might be different, I might of been too rough with it. But o wouldn’t buy it ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great addition to the collection *by C***N on July 8, 2021* First of all, this is an updated review. I changed it from a 3 to a 5 star rating. It looks great on my desk with my pipes ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cool toy *by L***C on December 31, 2024* It works as a lighter no doubt, but the spinny thing in the middle is set in crooked so I don't expect it to last long. Other than that I feel that the wick is going to be a pain to replace...poor wind resistance but good Chinese quality, nice action simple to use ## Frequently Bought Together - Vintage Antique Lighter, Reusable Windproof Trench Lighter, Cool Lighters, Unique Birthday Gifts for Men Dad Husband (A-Black) - Zippo 12FC Lighter Fluid, 12 Ounce , Black - Bronzy Carved Constantine Antique Style Lift Arm Petrol Kerosene Lighter --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/236365431-vintage-antique-lighter-reusable-windproof-trench-lighter-cool-lighters-unique](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/236365431-vintage-antique-lighter-reusable-windproof-trench-lighter-cool-lighters-unique) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
