This is "good fat" cod oil, you want to eat it/drink it/add it to egg salad, or something (don't cook it.). You are getting one of the best cod liver and cod liver oil mixes and it should be eaten. **Q: At what temperature are these cans cooked at by the packing company and for how long ? This is not raw fish liver.** A: I'm not sure about the cooking temperature or how long, but I know it's ready to eat right out of the can. I actually found out about this brand after watching a video from Dr. Berg, so I knew it was going to be high quality.
