Shouldn't Have Needed It.
None of the Miele stuff is build like it used to be. Its all much cheaper plastic and parts which is why I needed a replacement in the first place for a piece that is only 5 years old and not used more than once a week. But, it had to be replaced and this was the most affordable option. Given how this is made, I'm sure I'll be needing a replacement in another 5 years.

Easy!
Makes going from hardwood to carpet and back easy! Great profile. Great suction. Picks up pet hair, sand, ash, wood chips, etc., etc.. I have a 20 year old Miele and this supports it very well.

Important - For hardwood floor's please buy Miele Smooth Floor Brush. FiberTeQ will scratch hardwood floors. However this is good for rugs and carpets.
