What is even more frustrating is the company’s response. My request for replacement was rejected solely because it fell outside their 30-day policy window. This policy feels completely unreasonable for a footwear brand. Customers do not wear new shoes continuously for 30 days just to test durability. A good pair of shoes should last much longer with occasional use, and the brand should stand behind its product quality beyond such a short timeframe. I shared photos as evidence, but instead of reviewing the issue based on actual condition and usage, the response was limited to quoting policy terms.
