A: As far as I am aware it’s just a film dressing 
There is no integrated dressing pad
So the size given is the size of the film dressing

I am post op following knee replacement surgery and also a nursing sister myself. These are perfect sterile dressings for redressing following surgery. They are very sticky but OK for the delicate skin as they can be taken off easily with the correct removal procedure so as not to damage the surrounding area. Need to be careful to read how to apply them as they have three levels of paper to remove to apply crease free. Fair price too.
