Assembly was time consuming but pieces were numbered or lettered and instructions were very clear. The number tags for two pieces were missing - later found them stuck to packing material - but the pictures were good enough to figure out the corresponding item numbers, and it was somewhat intuitive. The drilled holes for the different dowels, screws, connectors (which the manufacturer included extra just in case) were pretty precise. Assembly (for me) required a small and medium phillips head screwdriver and a large flathead screwdriver so I recommend having them handy. I also used a measure and level to ensure the drawer slides were exactly placed on both sides. The item came packed very well and was in excellent condition upon opening. Another reviewer suggested having plenty of room to lay out the pieces before starting assembly. I strongly agree. It helped immensely. I laid out all the numbered pieces in numerical order and kept all the small lettered pieces on a tray. Instructions said to have two or more people to assemble and I strongly recommend likewise. However, I did assemble it on my own and although it took much longer, I was able to complete the assemblage, and I'm a 74 year old woman so I think it is doable for anyone who does not have help. The "hardware" package came with multiple duplicates of all of the fasteners. Mine did not come with the additional drawer hardware and I have written to the manufacturer for a replacement of that part. It does have rollers and that’s nice. Easy to assemble for two people. However the drawer probably shouldn’t hold a lot of heavy stuff because there’s a center handle and you need to pull it out straight or it will shimmy a bit. We have no problem with it. We keep towels and plastic or wooden accessories in it. **Q: How do I assemble the drawer? There are two "j" parts and I am not seeing how to detach the part that needs to get screwed to the drawer?** A: I had the same problem. Was unable tighten two bolts that secure the drawer front to the rest of the draw because the base of the drawer need to be installed before the front could be attached. Flawed design and instructions **Q: Does the length include the towel holder? I guess i want to know the length without the towel rack?** A: The full length of the top of the unit is 40 inches. The towel holder is attached under that and so even though the towel holder itself is about 4.5 inches, it only extends out beyond the unit top by about 2.5 inches. So without the towel bar: 40 inches. With the towel bar: 42.5 inches. Hope this helps! **Q: What is the inside dimension of the drawer?** A: The drawer is 4.5 inches high. 33 inches wide. 11.33 inches deep from front to back. Those are inside dimensions. Pretty roomy, and a standard coffee mug wouldn’t fit standing up but would lie on its side. This was easy to assemble and has lots of storage space. I bought this to replace a cart brought from HLR from China, with no English in the description, I wish I had known better, the cart made in China had strong chemical fumes, we couldn't return it, because it was impossible to put it back together and back into the box.
