## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I record from USB to cassette?**
A: Yes! Due to popular demand, we added USB-to-cassette recording to the RETRO-39. Now you can easily record MP3 files from a USB drive directly onto cassette tape. You can also record from cassette, Bluetooth, FM Radio, MIC, or Line-in to USB.

**Q: My recorder is eating tapes, what should I do?**
A: Ensure tapes are intact; clean the heads. If issues persist, contact support.

**Q: Are batteries or an AC adapter included?**
A: Batteries not included. Some models come with an AC adapter; check the package.

**Q: The buttons are hard to press, any advice?**
A: Clean around buttons with a soft cloth. If still stuck, contact support.

**Q: Can I connect to a computer or phone?**
A: No, the USB is only for flash drives and can't connect to computers or phones. Bluetooth pairs with smartphones and computers to receive audio.
