I have only tried the Cumberland so far and also purchased the Old English and Premium Pork which I cannot wait to start making my next batch. The Cumberland however is highly recommended by myself.

Easy to use, complete mix, just add to meat and the next day we have delicious Cumberland Sausages. Very convenient and good value for money. This pack size is perfect for 800g to 1kg of mince pork. I use the 80/20. We're a small family so that's ideal for us.
