It works well, at any rate. I have the worst dryness, from Sjogrens, and this helps . As does the spray. **Q: How long will two gel packs last? I have Sjogrens, so would not only use it at night.Thanks** A: I use it and a variety of other products on an as needed basis so can't predict how long it would last you.
