My only complaint is the intense smell it had when it arrived. I could smell it through the plastic bag it was shipped in, so I placed it in the spare bedroom for awhile. It still smelled like chemicals. What it needs is to be completely opened and unrolled, and placed in a room or garage where you don't have to be near it for a week or so. If you are chemical sensitive, this is not the mat for you. The description of the mat says that it is free of odor and poison. I really have to disagree. I give the mat 3 stars because the description is severely misleading regarding the smell.
