Avoid this seller.
The product arrived as faulty.Once assembled it was unstable. The barrier itself swayed a lot with very little effort which makes it unsafe and unsuitable for it's purpose.The item was returned and the seller claims they never received the item even though delivery shows as completed.It's been more than a month of back and forth and I really can't be bothered about it anymore.Seems like the typical scenario of a Chinese seller buying stock to sell in the UK and refusing to accept returns and taking advantage of Amazon's private seller policies.Avoid.

Hard to put together
Firstly it was supposed to be beige and it was pale yellow. The reason for my purchase was the colour. Found the instructions impossible to follow. The feet wouldn't fit into any tube so I just had to fit it best I could. Couldn't work out how you lowered it. This was not for a child otherwise it would have gone in the bin. It is to deter my dog from jumping off the bed with a back problem. From opening the box to putting it on the bed was very dissapointing. Couldn't be asked to return it

Worth it
Wasn’t sure whether to get this based on reviews but glad I did. It is worth it. Not as sturdy as some you can buy but for the height, length & price it’s been a good buy.

incomplete, poor instructions for a product that doesn't match
Where shall I start? Very scanty instructions.Verticle bars virtually impossible to attach as THERE WAS NO ZIPPER on the mesh.THe screw hosings weren't threaded correctly, so the screws cold not be safely screwed in to secure the foot base to the uprights. ( And where were the instructions for their use, anyway?) Yes I worked it out, but the screws didn;t fit anyhow!THere were no intructions on how to affix the base to the bed.Would not have bought if I had known

Not easy to assemble
This item is not easy to assemble and tools are required. The item arrived with 2 poles missing so had to return the item. When returning the item I had to pay for the return which was £9.95. Considering I paid £17.99 for the item, it’s disgusting that I had to pay for the return, considering it was faulty and out of my control.
