**Q: I often sit cross-legged will the seat "wings" be an issue?**
A: LOL, I'm sitting at my desk cross-legged right now.  The wings are not a problem for me at all.  I love this chair.  It's comfortable and very nice looking.  My dog (now my co-worker) is always putting his big paws up on the arm of the chair to get my attention and there are no marks or scrapes at all, so it's sturdy material.

**Q: Different reviews say this does or doesnt recline. Which is it?**
A: Mine reclines. It’s a nice chair for the price.

**Q: how high is the back from the seat?**
A: This is not true for my chair!  30.5 inches total height and only 27 inches from the seat.  This is why it is not ergonomic for average height americans.

**Q: Ovios says i have to return via their fed ex return label.. anyone have any contact info for them that actually works?**

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost good isn't good enough

The chair is spot on to the picture and description, exactly what I wanted, also comfy and great size. However if you were hoping this chair would last a year, it won't. I have barely had it 8 months and it no longer adjusts up and down. It took me awhile to realize that the black tar substance on my floors was coming from the faulty piston in the chair and connected to the reason the chair would slowly over time sink to the lowest setting, now it no longer goes up at all. I am hoping to find a new piston or chair base, but this should not have happened in less than a year. Update: I contacted the seller and let them know that the gas piston was leaking and no longer functioning. They responded within days and have already sent a new piston for replacement. The customer service with this company is very responsive and helpful. Here is to hoping that it works to fix the chair.
