You simply put it in with the water and use BOIL. Then follow the instructions to let it soak. It will work just fine. Recomendable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oh. My. Lord. *by K***N on 11 August 2021* For eons, I have been staring at the bottom of a black pit that is my water boiler. While this is supposed to be used for specific electric pots, I decided, "Heck it, let's be a rebel." Pouring a packet into my 1.5l water boiler, I ran it. RAN IT! And when it was done and I unlidded it, it was a glorious sight. Clearer and brighter than I've ever seen it, my once black pot was now glistening silver, as new as the day I bought it. I didn't even follow its dilution recommendations and it did a perfect job. I thripled diluted it at least. What's even more impressive, deciding not to waste the descaling agent, I poured it into my toilet bowl. Icky muck from years of use melted away, to my utter surprise. A little backstory, I tried bleach, scrubs, sprays, baking soda and vinegar overnight (DO NOT DO THIS IT FREAKING SMELLS), and when I gave up and resigned myself to dank, stanky toilet bowls, this descaler saved me. Now, I use it on everything. Showering, brushing my teeth, drinking water for my child. Kidding.
