It says to wash cold, but it also has the symbol for washing at 30 in the washing machine? Which is it?** A: I've always washed at 30, no problem with shrinking or going baggy. Had mine best part of 2 years now and only just starting to wear, but still fit well(even when I've put on a few pounds)! My go to comfort wear at home! **Q: Do these shrink in the wash? i'm in between sizes and i don't want them too big, but i don't want them to become too tight. tia** A: I absolutely love these leggings (I bought all 4 colours in size 14 (showing as L inside the trousers) I'm usually a size 14-16 in trousers and the 14 fitted beautifully). They are my go-to wear at home. I have washed them multiple times over the couple of years I had them. They do not shrink but I'd say they loose their tightness a bit over time and become a little saggier. As they are now more baggy-looking, I recently bought 2 new ones one size down (size 12 showing as M inside the trousers) as I have lost a bit of weight too and they look fantastic! **Q: I'm size 10 and 5 foot 5 inches. what size would fit best? also, are the legs reasonably loose as i can look like i have large thighs if tight?** A: I'm a size 10 to 12 and 5 foot 4 inches. They are a nice fit, but quite tight and the length was a little too long for me, but not a problem. **Q: What is the length of these please?** A: I bought size14, (large), which were true to size. The inside leg measurement is 79cm or 31 inches. It was a little big around the waist and baggy/excess material in the crotch, but still wearable. I have a bigger bum and thighs, but these fit over them comfortably. If I wasn't curvy I probably could have done with a smaller size! So if you're curvy, *don't* size up take your usual size, and if you're slim, size down. I'm 5'4/5'5, and hem hits full length, so if you're tall these may be more of an ankle grazer length. For reference, I have a 29/30" waist, 39" hips and 30" leg inseam.》COMFORTReally comfortable, I bought to wear while running errands, but I'm sure they would also be effective for yoga.》MATERIALMaterial is thinner than expected - not majorly thin and still like a sport pant fabric, but not as thick as your typical Nike workout legging: maybe like medium thickness. Definitely more of an autumn/spring trouser.
