These are STEEL. 10.8x12.8x1.3 inches (Length x Height x Width). They fit any plate carrier that accommodates this size. These are not rated for ballistic protection. They’re for loadbearing use and practice. Good for workouts and cardio loadbearing practice. Just don’t drop the 14.5lb plate on your foot or toe. It will crush it.
