I have been using this floss for years and where I do enjoy the floss, I really really really hate the cardboard packaging. After a few weeks of use, the cardboard becomes fragile to the extent that the metal cutting clip on the top falls off the cardboard and the floss ends up cutting the side of the box it's coming out of the box from. It's very poorly designed and it's driving me crazy so much so i'm now even considering moving to another company with a better floss dispenser.
