For someone unfamiliar with blackstrap molasses, this is much more bitter and doesn't mix into beverages as easily. This is not suitable for mixing into teas, but is nice for baking and works fine in coffee. I have been taking 1-2 tbsps daily for a few weeks and have noticed a significant reduction in pain from cramps. I would recommend this for women with that issue.
