**Q: I just purchased this and the rolling message makes a knocking sound and is not working. Did anyone have this problem?**
A: We just got ours and had this same problem. The rollers won't move up our back now. Going to contact the manufacturer.

A: There is no warranty period stated anywhere.  Not on the box or in the operators manual at all.  Very disturbing since i just bought one.
