**Q: can i copy copy proitected cable channels with the video stabilizer**
A: Encrypted (or copy protected or scrambled) cable channels are _digitally_ encrypted. This (and all adapters like it) _only_ work with _analog_ encryption techniques (and then only the ones they specify so read up before buying).

**Q: The one I got is grey, not white like in the photos. Does the color of it matter at all?**
A: Mine is grey too but it's the stuff inside that makes it work and mine works fine. I have converted about 30 kids vhs to DVD and all work fine 

**Q: Didn't work to transfer a copyrighted movie to dvd.  Movie would go black and sound would stop.  Why?**
A: Sounds like it is defective. Mine works fine.  My unit also handles streaming signals. It's great!

**Q: Is the Grex sent to overseas customers with their correct power supply?**
