Review: I'm still deciding if I like it. -- STOPPED WORKING AFTER A WEEK - Originally I got the smaller size, but returned it for this one. I like this size a lot better. It heats up nicely, but the massage function could be better. I don't like that it turns off after 15 minutes. The weight of the heating pad is nice and helps to alleviate some of my discomfort. I read a lot of reviews saying the product only lasted for about a year, so I got the 3 year warranty. To update: THE HEATING PAD STOPPED WORKING AFTER A WEEK. I AM FURIOUS! Update: The heating pad was definitely good the week it worked, so I was extremely disappointed when it stopped working. The customer service is top notch and they will take care of you in the event your luck is as bad as mine. I am leaving 5 stars based on the customer service. I would highly recommend the protection plan just in case.

I don't like that it turns off after 15 minutes. The weight of the heating pad is nice and helps to alleviate some of my discomfort. I read a lot of reviews saying the product only lasted for about a year, so I got the 3 year warranty. To update: THE HEATING PAD STOPPED WORKING AFTER A WEEK. I AM FURIOUS! Update: The heating pad was definitely good the week it worked, so I was extremely disappointed when it stopped working. The customer service is top notch and they will take care of you in the event your luck is as bad as mine. I am leaving 5 stars based on the customer service. I would highly recommend the protection plan just in case.

Good heat but I was expecting a bit more from the massager. It doesn’t massage it vibrates. It’s also very loud. The weight is great it is weighted.
