In the side pouches I hold the mbp charger my phone and phone charger. The reason for the lower rating is that the stitching for the strap is starting to tear off. I have bought it end of October so it has been a little over a month of use and it’s starting to fall apart. I do use the bag on a daily basis for work and school. Was hoping for the strap to last longer. I will continue to use the bag as I like it a lot. The laptop bag has an ample amount of storage space, actually more than any bag this size that I’ve had. Once I had one of those bags that the shoulder straps didn’t attach on the ends of the bag and it made it very cumbersome, this one has the strap connections on the ends and has some swivels that allow the strap to sway around which is helpful when you’re going fast through Airports and such. The color is my favorite for luggage because it's so neutral.
