A: No, the max inside measurements are 2 5/8" x 3 5/8".

A: You will have to remove to insert into a reader but they work on a proximity reader. It is fairly easy to remove the card.

A: These are larger than a standard business card, but a business card will fit inside.

They are basic - as described- however they do the job. Being plastic they stick together so they have to be peeled apart and is best to open each one and inser a finger to open up the pouch fully ( hence 4 stars rather than 5) then you'll find that the badge inserts slide in without creasing. They are easy to attach to lanyards
