I ordered this specifically to use for organizing my notes and such as I study for the LSAT. Although it does not have a zipper like some of my former FS binders, I think it will be just as effective and my work won’t really require a zipper anyway. Firstly, the binder is very lightweight and flexible and can be folded in half which I prefer as I cannot fathom a rigid and heavy binder. Although it is light it is also very seemingly durable. The first three inserts have a top flap and bottom portion to keep your papers in place as well as a large bottom pocket to store, preferably, index cards or whatever you’d like. It also comes with seven sticker labels for each insert. Hooray! The next four inserts have a top securing flap and large plastic flap to perhaps be used for a page cover or for papers needing extra protection. Following those is a generous amount of paper provided. It is of good quality. In addition, I went ahead and ordered the specific Five Star reinforced paper. It has a strip along the margin containing the holes that keep them from easily tearing out when being turned. I highly recommend this!
