A: Hello, I had received mine recently and sent it back the next day for the same reason. I replaced the battery with new ones and it would turn on and within seconds go to the Lo mode. I tried everything. Even held the button for a good 5 sec and it remain on that mode. I reached out to the seller and was told if it doesn’t work after holding the button for 5 seconds send it back. I am not sure if it was defective but I would send it back. After sending it back I checked the reviews and saw that a few people had the same issue.
