Made from durable, machine-washable foam and velour, it combines comfort with practicality. ## Description Wagan Ortho Wedge Cushion is an orthopedically designed wedge shape to better spine alignment. The cutout section relieves painful pressure on the tailbone. It is made of durable polyurethane foam with a removable, machine washable velour cover. Unlike ordinary cushions, it takes the pressure off vulnerable areas of the back, seat and legs by suspending the tailbone in an orthopedic cut-out, while tipping the pelvis forward. While positioning the spine in a natural lumbar curve, the wedge also protects lower spinal discs from stressful compression, alleviating lower back pain. ## Features - Velour - Orthopedically designed wedge shape for better spine alignment - Cutout section to relieve painful pressure on the tailbone - Protects lower spinal discs from stressful compression, alleviating lower back pain - Durable foam with washable velour - Tips the pelvis forward and positions the spine in a natural lumbar curve - Front height: 1 inch; Rear height: 2.75 inche ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000066OC7 | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #736,102 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #1,232 in Wheelchair & Mobility Scooter Cushions | | Brand Name | Wagan | | Color | Blue | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars (607) | | Fabric Type | Velour | | Fill Material | Foam | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00084367097880 | | Item Type Name | Ortho Wedge Cushion | | Item Weight | 8 ounces | | Manufacturer | Wagan | | Manufacturer Part Number | IN9788 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 1 Year Limited | | Material Type | Polyurethane Foam | | Material Type Free | Latex Free | | Model Name | Wagan 9788 Ortho Wedge Cushion Gradual Slope for Coccyx, Sciatica, Tailbone Pain Used for Home Chair, Desk Chair, Car Seat, and Wheelchair | | Model Number | IN9788 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Machine Wash | | Recommended Uses For Product | Sitting | | Shape | Wedge | | Size | 1 count (pack of 1) | | Special Features | Washable | | Target Use Body Part | Back, Legs | | UPC | 084367097880 885825677176 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Wagan - **Color:** Blue - **Fill Material:** Foam - **Size:** 1 count (pack of 1) - **Special Feature:** Washable ## Images ![Wagan 9788 Ortho Wedge Cushion Gradual Slope for Coccyx, Sciatica, Tailbone Pain Used for Home Chair, Desk Chair, Car Seat, and Wheelchair - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81y912f0x+L.jpg) ![Wagan 9788 Ortho Wedge Cushion Gradual Slope for Coccyx, Sciatica, Tailbone Pain Used for Home Chair, Desk Chair, Car Seat, and Wheelchair - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41EXjN6xsxL.jpg) ![Wagan 9788 Ortho Wedge Cushion Gradual Slope for Coccyx, Sciatica, Tailbone Pain Used for Home Chair, Desk Chair, Car Seat, and Wheelchair - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41levLmk6-L.jpg) ![Wagan 9788 Ortho Wedge Cushion Gradual Slope for Coccyx, Sciatica, Tailbone Pain Used for Home Chair, Desk Chair, Car Seat, and Wheelchair - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51bHfahpCFL.jpg) ![Wagan 9788 Ortho Wedge Cushion Gradual Slope for Coccyx, Sciatica, Tailbone Pain Used for Home Chair, Desk Chair, Car Seat, and Wheelchair - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Qh+xBTE8L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/2194101-wagan-9788-ortho-wedge-cushion-gradual-slope-for-coccyx-sciatica](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/2194101-wagan-9788-ortho-wedge-cushion-gradual-slope-for-coccyx-sciatica) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
