Review: Please send a new product . - The product is not upto the mark.Probably there is a manufacturing defect . I ordered it and could not use it immediately However after following instructions the machine got heated up and fumes started coming. Requesting for a new one as the gadget is very costly.

**Q: If these cups (or bowls) are not removable, How do you clean and sanitize them?**
A: We use a moist paper towel without any soap. If the surface is clean without food particles the heat when you fire it up will kill all the bacteria.  Any oil residue can be removed with a moist towel as well. You do not want to use soap as this will clean all the oil and this could cause the next waffle bowl to stick and that is not good.

**Q: Do you recommend 1/4c. batter? I used 1/2 c. batter per instruction, but machine overflowed voluminously, lid wouldn't open and was too hot to handle.**
A: Yes, I would.  I eye balled the amount of batter to place in the waffle maker.  And I made the batter a little thinner than normal since these are smaller machines plus I like them a little crunchy.

**Q: Can I use cookie dough to make cookie cups ?**
A: Yes just follow the recepie before putting the dough in the oven / waffle bowl  👍

**Q: Can you please tell me exactly what the non-stick material is? Is it Teflon? Or?**
A: It’s Teflon
