**Q: Can I get my business name and address on these?**
A: It did not give me the option, but I’m not completely certain. If you buy a stamp you can stamp your information on them. We used these as temporary BOL and ordered personalized ones through Printit4less.

**Q: Does it have the text "Room for stamp" in red on the actual product?**
A: Yes it does. I has about 2inches square where you see the red letters.  I'm very happy with this product.

I like these forms. They are easy to fill out and stamp your company name on. I had read a question that asked "if the red box and letters were on their forms?", and someone replied "yes". I needed these for my business, so I went ahead and ordered anyways. The red box or letters were not on the forms I received, so that was a huge plus. The forms are good quality and meet my vehicle transport business needs very well. I will repurchase!
