## Description

FlexSet Rapid Concrete Repair has been used effectively for more than 8 years to repair potholes, alligatoring, cracks and cratering on highways, parking lots, city streets, paving, garage floors, roads, driveways and sidewalks. It is the most economical and easy-to-use product now available for quick concrete repairs. 1. Mix: Mixing is easy with the Egg Beater Mixer and premeasured kits. Just add the pre-measured ingredients and flip the switch. FlexSet is ready to pour in 90 seconds. For larger jobs, use a motorized pail mixer. 2. Pour: No pavement removal or demolition is needed. Repairs are completed quickly with minimal surface preparation. Repairs survive heavy traffic, even in thin lifts. It can be used on hot days as well as cold. A kit of FlexSet can cover an area of 9.6 sq. ft. at a thickness of .25 of an inch. 3. Finish: FlexSet is installed quickly and is self-leveling with a fast cure. Repairs can be traffic-ready in under a heavily- traveled highways are reduced. Flexset is durable, long-lasting, odorless, self-compacting and can feather into existing asphalt. In temperatures below 58°, add 1-ounce bottle of catalyst to your order. This will cause FlexSet to set up faster in cold weather. Catalyst is not included.

Review: good stuff - I used it to fix some major pieces of my driveway that was cracked down the side. The cracks along the side of the driveway left it in multiple chunks of 1x1ft to 1x2ft (with a few smaller pieces in-between). I lifted up the chunks, leveled the bedding, place the chunks back down and filled the sizable gabs/cracks with the FlexSet. And it worked great. I wasn't going to drive on it until the next day, but my father-in-law surprised visited us that same evening, drove right over it, and it held up no problem. Many months later, a small drainage ditch along the driveway, many many heavy rains, and daily use of the drive by two cars and it's still holding up great. One thing I wish I had done differently though. You see in the picture the bag of sand. Your suppose to spread it along the top, once your done putting down the cement. Well, I wish I had used a little less of it or maybe none at all. The part of the fix where I didn't put that much sand down matches my driveway (in terms of texture) way better.
Review: Dont recomed unless small patches at a time - I'm in 65 degree weather and it set up fast, 2 minutes of mixing into the thick sand and it started to set up. Didn't use the extra quick set bottle even. No time to work with. Deff isn't self leveling. 90% still left in my bucket.

**Q: can concrete dye be added to this product**
A: The material is hydrophobic, which means any water-based dye would not be advised. FlexSet is finished with the included topping sands. The topping is what your eye will mostly see when complete. Although not advised or recommended, if you wish to alter the texture or color, you could use different sand to top with. Any sand applied must be absolutely DRY and provide the traction needed for your safety.

**Q: If using on a step corner. What type of form to keep it from sticking to the form?**
A: I've used just plain plywood, but with an oil coating on it.

**Q: How does it hold up to really cold wet winters?**
A: Hoppes1 is wrong. I live in upstate NY and used it extensively in 2015 outdoors on spalled concrete around my garage and garage pad area. In the 3 years since then, moisture (huge amounts of snow) and extreme cold have had no effect on it.

**Q: Do you have to degrease and clean the hole or is removing debris and moisture enough**
A: As long as your damaged pavement is dry, you’re ready to go. You can sweep or blow out the hole and place your FlexSet.

I used it to fix some major pieces of my driveway that was cracked down the side. The cracks along the side of the driveway left it in multiple chunks of 1x1ft to 1x2ft (with a few smaller pieces in-between). I lifted up the chunks, leveled the bedding, place the chunks back down and filled the sizable gabs/cracks with the FlexSet. And it worked great. I wasn't going to drive on it until the next day, but my father-in-law surprised visited us that same evening, drove right over it, and it held up no problem. Many months later, a small drainage ditch along the driveway, many many heavy rains, and daily use of the drive by two cars and it's still holding up great. One thing I wish I had done differently though. You see in the picture the bag of sand. Your suppose to spread it along the top, once your done putting down the cement. Well, I wish I had used a little less of it or maybe none at all. The part of the fix where I didn't put that much sand down matches my driveway (in terms of texture) way better.
