Its multi ret and in red the price is a bit crazy but I got mine here for 260 so not bad . Good features for can read about those. Fitted perfectly easy to use (i didn't open the manual its simple). I know its red and I prefer green so I certainly can't fault it there . Good amount of item with it to mount id buy again Review: Great versatile optic, but Eurooptic shipped what appears to be a return or refurb - I put this optic on a Springfield Prodigy DS 1911. I like it a lot, but the protective hood/shade does not fit the Prodigy. I had to custom cut the rear of the hood and remove the clear lens in the rear to fit around the rear iron sight. Now it is more of a sunshade than protective cover - that's ok because that's what I needed. The brightest setting on the Fastfire 4 is super bright, almost blinding when your eyes are adjusted for indoor lighting. On the high setting, this red dot image is very visible on white targets in the brightest sun. The rear of the Fastfire 4 is a bit high for the Prodigy, but it can still be co-witnessed. The rig can be shot with iron sights (red dot off), but only the top of the front sight sight & top half of the green fiber optic is visible. The sight is parallax free so the red dot does not need to be in the center of the lens or co-witnessed with the irons to be on target. I tried two Vortex Viper VRD-6 sights. Both had serious problems. I love Vortex rifle scopes, but my personal experience with the VDR-6 was disappointing. Returned one for a refund, sent the second one back to Vortex. Final note: Eurooptic shipped what appears to be a return or refurb. The battery cover was marred, the screwdriver blade was twisted, the battery was loose in the box, the bag covering the sight was torn. I would have returned it but I wanted to use it in a shoot 2 days later. The sight was in good condition and worked just fine. I contacted Burris and they happily will send replacements for the screw driver and battery cover, but buyer beware of Eurooptic. ## Features - TOGLE BETWEEN 4 DIFFERENT RETICLES - No longer restricted to one reticle shooters can now select from four versatile options suitable for multiple shooting scenarios through the quickly accessible side toggle buttons. - IMPACT RESISTANT HOUSING - Impact resistant housing keeps your sight protected even in harsh environments. - REMOVABLE WEATHER SHIELD - The removable and securable FastFire 4 weather shield stays attached when slide mounted and ensures a watertight enclosure for a clear sight picture in any lighting. - BIGGER SIGHT WINDOW - This weatherproof hunting red dot sight features a bigger sight window for faster target acquisition. - BRIGHTER AIMING POINT - This compact and lightweight red dot sight has a brighter aiming point with longer battery life. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0888TXTY5 | | Best Sellers Rank | #111,030 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #265 in Gun Sights | | Brand | Burris | | Brand Name | Burris | | Color | Black | | Compatible Devices | Handgun, Shotgun | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 75 Reviews | | Included Components | 1 item | | Item Type Name | sporting-optics | | Item Weight | 2 ounces | | Lens Color | Black | | Magnification Maximum | 1 x | | Magnification Minimum | 1 x | | Manufacturer | BURRIS | | Manufacturer Part Number | 300259 | | Material | Aluminum | | Material Type | Aluminum | | Model Name | 300259 | | Model Number | 300259 | | Mounting Type | Picatinny Mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Style | red-dot-sights | | Reticle Type | Red Dot | | Sport | Hunting | | Sport Type | Hunting | | Style | red-dot-sights | | UPC | 000381302595 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Burris - **Color:** Black - **Compatible Devices:** Handgun, Shotgun - **Item Weight:** 2 ounces - **Magnification Maximum:** 1 x - **Magnification Minimum:** 1 x - **Material:** Aluminum - **Mounting Type:** Picatinny Mount - **Sport:** Hunting - **Style:** red-dot-sights ## Images ![FastFire IV Multi-Reticles Picatinny Mount Waterproof/Fogproof/Shockproof Black Matte Red Dot Hunting Sight (300259) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61EZCu9beUL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does it have shake awake feature ?** A: No, it does not have a shake-awake feature. Multiple site modes to choose from, automatically adjusts to surrounding light, easy to use. A little more expensive than some others I looked at but worth the extra! It fit my Doctor adaptor and also came with a Picatinny mount. ## Frequently Bought Together - BURRIS FastFire IV Multi-Reticles Picatinny Mount Waterproof/Fogproof/Shockproof Black Matte Red Dot Hunting Sight (300259) - Burris Speed Bead Hunting Rifle Mount - Burris FastFire Series Secure Reliable Durable Easy-to-Maintain Mounting System for Red Dot Shooting Sights --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/217521077-fastfire-iv-multi-reticles-picatinny-mount-waterproof-fogproof-shockproof-black](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/217521077-fastfire-iv-multi-reticles-picatinny-mount-waterproof-fogproof-shockproof-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
