I got the issues on both of my M510.** A: I have this issue too. Very annoying and going to buy a new mouse. I've been getting around it by training myself to curl my right pointer finger and left click closer to the center of the mouse (towards my palm) under my knuckle to stop the mouse from double clicking. Finally got tired of it. The K350 Keyboard the mouse came with originally has been working just fine.
