Review: Even heating, sturdy rolled edges, and a useful everyday size - I’ve used these pans many times for all sorts of uses. Between oven-roasted mixed vegetables, dozens of chocolate chip cookies, and more roasted garlic than a professional Anti-Vampire League, they've been flawless. So far, everything has browned evenly, and the pans have remained flat without warping. The finished, rolled edges are one of my favorite details. They make the pans feel sturdy and comfortable to handle, giving them a more premium feel than basic sheet pans. The half-sheet size is large enough for everyday baking and roasting without being difficult to wash or store. They look fantastic and seem to stay "new" after several washes. I usually hand-wash my sheet pans, and these have cleaned up well without staining. A small amount of Bar Keepers Friend has been enough for any stubborn residue. Nordic Ware has a reputation in my kitchen for making dependable products, and these pans live up to that expectation. They feel well made, perform consistently, and are easy to stow away. An excellent everyday two-pan set. 5 stars.
