**Q: Would this work on a Mercedes e320 w/automatic trans?**
A: It can be used on that transmission. It's not a guarantee, but it won't hurt it.

**Q: No slipping, but engagement delay from "park to drive" , "park to reverse" and "reverse to drive...will this product help or cure this problem?**
A: My 2001 f150 has the same problem. It is nothing to worry about as far as transmission issues goes. Sometimes the differential developed play between the gears which can cause a delayed and sometimes kick when putting it into any gear. I would recommend changing your differential fluid. It may not fix the problem but it is nothing to worry about. It’s a pretty common issue especially with older and high mileage vehicles.
