They are extremely nice and attentive to customers. This cable is not like other cables. I have had many charger cables bend at the neck and bust through the coating exposing the wires. This one is like a braided cord and very durable. I'm confident this one won't bend and bust through. Just an FYI about the fast lightening cable, in order to receive the full lightening speed charging, you'll need the fast lightening adapter plug as well. Which is not included. I currently don't have a fast charger plug but this cord still charges my ipad mini 3 just wonderfully.
