That requires more undressing/more space in your clothing. If you are wearing loose clothes -- say a skirt or loose pants -- that's easy to do. But if you have thicker pants, jeans, or winter clothes, I think the trough-style is easier. **Q: How do I use it without leaking?** A: Don't create a seal at both ends. For example, if you are peeing into a water bottle there needs to be a small amount of space between you and the device. Because the device resting on a standard water bottle mouth creates a seal that will prevent the urine from funneling down quickly.
