Review: Soak in WARM water for best result - Package tells you to soak it in cold water, I soaking mine in WARM water for between 5-10 mins (or longer) if you wanted a max full expanding sea grapes. I used 2 packs every time I made it Flavors: a bit of the taste of seaweed, not too salty if you rinse a couple times Textures: crunchy, popping like you eat salmon eggs. Overall its not too bad, good for salads or by itself.

There was even an extra pack that was labeled “free gift” which was nice! When eaten plain they are a bit salty but that’s totally expected since they naturally grow in seawater. Once prepared according to the directions I mixed them with a little pickle juice and teriyaki sauce and WOW… the flavor transformed completely. They became crisp, refreshing, and seriously delicious. Such a fun and unique food experience! If you’re curious about trying sea grapes, I highly recommend giving these a shot and experimenting with different flavor combos. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is there some instructions how to prepare it?**
A: It’s a package within a package so once you get to the package where the sea grapes are you just dump them out in a bowl of cold water (some ppl put ice cubes in the water so the water is really cold). I would make sure you have enough water in the bowl for the sea grapes to absorb the water so they plump up. Soak for 3-5 minutes or until they’re all plump then then rinse a few times to get rid of the saltiness! I then use a strainer to strain the water out, put in a bowl and eat!

**Q: For health benefits, can this be eaten straight, without rehydration?**
A: It cannot be eaten straightly without rehydration; as our sea grapes are dehydrated and must be rehydrated before use.

**Q: What do these things taste like?**
A: Very fishy and salty it doesn’t taste like the frsh one.

**Q: Are they supposed to be wet inside those small bags?  I thought they were dried as said in the description.**
A: Dehydrated and dried are two different things. This product is dehydrated means they are not dried but has fluid inside. This are Seaweeds which means its found in the ocean, sea where there is a large amount water.

These are fun and have a pretty fresh taste. They are good quality but not as big as I thought they would be. You have to soak them in water for them to rehydrate before eating. They are ok by them self but would recommend using them to compliment another dish.
