I use them when I play pickleball. I get them really wet and then squeeze out any excess water. When I put one around my neck it is not dripping soaking through my shirt. I can use it to wipe my face and keep me cool. I can always add more water to it as needed. It is soft and the perfect size to wear around my nect. Review: Wet towels only - Beware: these towels are supposed to be wet. They are meant to be soaked in water. If you soak them in water and then wrap them around your neck during indoor cycling, for example, they can cool down your neck and face perfectly. They are still pretty good towels when dry, and they still cool the skin when dry. But they are not the best for wiping and absorbing sweat when dry. If you want something to absorb sweat, then cotton towels are better. You can still use this product for cool drying.
