Proov measures PDG in urine as opposed to progesterone in serum because research shows sustained urine PDG levels are a better marker of overall luteal phase health than a single serum progesterone level. **Q: There are no lines at all. is this defective? or am i using it incorrectly? i dipped it in for 5 seconds and laid it flat. zero lines. please advise.**
A: My problem is that only the control to is showing no test line at all does that mean both tests two different mornings are defective? Or I tested to soon after period? I put in to line wait until it went up the line them set a timer for 5 mins.
