## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it suitable for outdoor sun shade?**
A: Hello, The remote is not an outdoor device but can operate the external shading products, provided they use Somfy RTS motors.

**Q: Is this Somfy remote compatible with my Somfy 74300 model?**
A: 74300 is a postcode in France where the Somfy factory is - not the model number, but if you send us more details, we'll be happy to help you in finding the correct replacement remote :)

**Q: Is it compatible with somfy solus 40 radio kit?**
A: Hello,

Whilst we have never had a chance to test it ourselves, upon research - it would certainly seem that the Solus 40 radio kit should be compatible with this remote as it's a new model of their RTS range of controllers.

Hope this helps.

**Q: Is it compatible with a Velux window**
A: Good morning,

Unfortunately it is not compatible.

Kind regards,
