Until now, nothing worked. Colonoscopies and weekly colonics for paralyzed bowels because senna or dieters tea only left me cramping and sick. Even prescription Linzess did not work. From the day I started taking Thor's Hammer, my bowels began to work, for the first time in over a decade! Daily! The dose varies from person to person so I started out with 3 tablet twice a day, worked my way up to 7, then back down to 5 tablets twice a day which i think is the standard recommended dosage. I've been taking it for 6 weeks and has had a BM EVERY day. No cramping, no more pricey colonics...I even like the taste, which is a bit earthy. The tablets are small so if you don't like the taste you can just as easily pop a handful and wash them down with a sip of water.
