I personally have only used them up to 200C and they are fine. I understand the consort dual blaze is just another type of oven, isn’t it? You better check with the manufacturer **Q: How deep are these containers?** A: Two inches deep, they are great . **Q: Can these be lined with pastry for apple pies?** A: Yes, but I find them a bit too flexible to hold their shape when moving them around after they are filled. I place them on a baking tray or down in the metal kind of tins to hold their shape while moving from counter to oven.
