Then, we boil water and sugar in a different place for the syrup of our dessert.Then, we add soapwort extract to our syrup to lighten the color of our halva.When our syrup has the right consistency, we mix it with tahini and knead the mixture through kneading machines.At last, we mold and cut our halva in specific dimensions and package it to present to you.Our product is 100% natural. It does not contain any chemicals, additives, or thickeners. It does not contain added sugar, salt, or oil.HOW TO CONSUMEYou can eat tahini halva in the mornings by putting it between slices of freshly baked bread. Eating tahini halva, especially during winter, warms us up and gives us energy. You can consume it after your entrée or serve it to your guests with tea and coffee. You can melt it by baking it in the oven to get a delicious, mouth-watering dessert.
