I can't seem to find the next step down from the 1/4" comb. Is it a totally different length/style?** A: the blending comb is 1/16 according to Oster. The blade can go from 000 - 1, depending how you have it adjusted. **Q: Would this work with 220V?** A: No. It will be damaged. If your appliance is rated at 220V, you can plug it in 120V without damaging but it would be weaker. However, of you plug a 120-V into a higher rated voltage, like 220V or 240V, they will be damaged. If you are not in the USA, you can use a stepdown transformer (220V to 110V). But you also have to know the frequency. In many parts of the world, the frequency is 50 Hz. In the USA, it is 60 Hz. If you plug a 60Hz motor into a 50Hz frequency, the motor will not work as well. If you plug a 50-Hz motor into a 60-Hz frequency, your motor will be damaged. Always check voltage and frequency when purchasing appliances with motors. **Q: What is the difference between this product and Oster Classic 76?** A: 76 is louder (there’s vids out there to hear it). I have the fast feed and you can bring it down to zero gap with a purchase of the classic 76 blade pack (there’s a vid on YouTube about it). The fast feed doesn’t cut thick hair or too much at once either. **Q: can you use to trim beards just using the blade? I keep mine cut short** A: Yes you can. Using the blade with no guards with give a good low cut beard.
